The Galway Ukulele Tribe is a popular, welcoming community music group based in the West of Ireland, that brings together players of all ukulele shapes, sizes & skill levels, from beginners to advanced, for regular sessions and performances. Known for their high-energy, feel-good atmosphere, they are a staple in the local music scene and often perform in the streets. They have been active for over a decade, celebrating 10 years of music, community, and “feel good chaos” as of November 2025. They are known for supporting local causes, such as performing at the Galway Hospice, and participating in local festivities like the New Year’s Eve countdown & Galway’s own Ukulele festival.
