Who handles your data

Associazione Voltare Pagina ETS, via Paolo Zacchia 7, 00161 Rome, Italy, tax code and VAT number 15861571006. For anything about your data, write to info@voltarepagina.org: the privacy contact is Mauro Minenna.

Browsing the site

The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which, to run it and protect it from abuse, processes your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser. The shop keeps this data in its technical logs for a few days, to track down errors and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Gallery photos come from media.monopolele.com, also on Cloudflare. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no requests to Google Fonts.

Supporting the fest and buying from the shop

When you make a donation or place an order in the shop (monopolele.com/support), we process your name, email, shipping and billing address, any tax code or VAT number for the receipt, and the order details. We need them to fulfil and deliver your order (contract, art. 6.1.b) and to meet tax and accounting obligations, including receipts for donations to an ETS (legal obligation, art. 6.1.c). We keep them for 10 years, as required for accounting records.

  • Payments: handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.), also when you choose PayPal or SEPA direct debit. Your card or account details never reach us.
  • Shipping: for T-shirts, mugs and the other print-on-demand items, we pass your name, shipping address, email and phone number to Printful, which makes and ships them, and to the courier that delivers them.
  • Emails: order confirmations, receipts and shipping notices are sent from info@monopolele.com through Resend.

Your account

In the shop you can sign in with your email to find your orders and receipts again: we send you a sign-in link, no password needed. To stop automated sign-ins, the page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks anonymously that there is a person on the other side. We keep your account until you ask us to close it; orders and receipts stay for as long as the law requires.

If you press «Accept» in the banner, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures, in aggregate, how the site is used: which pages, from which countries, on which devices. We only use measurement: advertising and personalisation stay off. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time. Google keeps the data for 14 months; it may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

If you press «Decline», nothing is sent to Google. The shop uses no statistics.

YouTube videos load only when you press play, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain: from then on, Google’s privacy policy applies. Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp lead to sites with their own rules.

Photos and videos at the fest

During the fest we take photos and shoot videos that we publish in the gallery and on our channels, to tell the story of the event (the association’s legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f). If you’d rather not appear, tell the photographers on the spot or write to info@voltarepagina.org pointing out the image: we’ll take it down.

Who receives your data

Only the providers we need to run the site and the shop, acting as data processors: Cloudflare (site, shop, archive), Stripe (payments), Printful and the couriers (shipping), Resend (emails), Google (statistics, only with consent). We never sell or hand over your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing (arts. 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@voltarepagina.org. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
